Call Collect Server Minimum Requirements

Operating System

• Windows 2000 Server or Windows XP Professional

Internet Information Services

• IIS V5.0 or higher required to host the application on the server.

Microsoft SQL Server

Any of the following versions:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition
• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Standard
• MSDE (Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine)

Microsoft SQL Server CE 2.0

There are different versions of SQL CE 2.0 for each Microsoft SQL Server Service Pack:

• Microsoft SQL Server CE 2.0 SP1
• Microsoft SQL Server CE 2.0 SP2
• Microsoft SQL Server CE 2.0 SP3a
• Microsoft SQL Server CE 2.0 MSDE

Processor

• Intel Pentium or compatible 166MHz or higher processor

Memory

• 256MB of RAM

Display

• VGA or higher-resolution monitor

Modem

• Any standard windows compatible modem (if using MS RAS)

• Network Card for connection to Call Collect Server

• Microsoft ActiveSync Version 3.7 or higher

• Any device and Pocket PC compatible connection peripheral
